Return and Refund Policy

At Saltwater and Pearls, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please review our return and refund policy below.


1. Returns

Eligibility:

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • Returns must be initiated within 3 days of receiving the product. Please send an email to info@saltwaterandpearls.com to start the return process. 

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Certain items are non-returnable, including:
    • Sale or clearance items.
    • Gift cards.
    • Customized or personalized products.

Return Process:

  1. Contact our customer support team at info@saltwaterandpearls.com to initiate a return.
  2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and any supporting photos if applicable.
  3. Once approved, we will provide instructions for sending your item back.

Shipping Costs:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.

2. Refunds

Processing Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 5-10 business days and the credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.

Partial Refunds:

  • Partial refunds may be issued for items that are:
    • Returned after the return window.
    • Not in their original condition (e.g., damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error).

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Any discounts or promotional offers applied to the purchase will not be refunded.

3. Exchanges

  • We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@saltwaterandpearls.com. Include your order number, photos of the damage, and a description of the issue.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

5. Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 6 hours after of placing them. After this window, cancellations may not be guaranteed as the order may have already been processed.
