Processing Time

  • Orders are usually processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • Longer processing times may be required for some items (i.e. custom orders) but will be stated on product page.
  • You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. At this time. all orders ship at a flat rate of $6.99

Free Shipping

  • Free standard shipping is available on orders over $50, excluding taxes and discounts.

International Shipping

  • We are currently only shipping within the United States. 

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use this number to track your package on the carrier’s website.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

  • If your order is delayed, please check the tracking information provided. For further assistance, contact our customer support team at info@saltwaterandpearls.com

  • If your package is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. Please reach out to us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email us at info@saltwaterandpearls.com within 3 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
